These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of thellf.com.au (the “Site”) provided by Erica Taylor t/as Legal Literacy Foundation (“LLF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) including any subscription products you may purchase. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.
Subscription is limited to individuals and entities domiciled or doing business in Australia.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your subscription account.
Subscription fees are inclusive of GST. You will be issued with an invoice upon receipt of successful payment by us.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription on time. If your payment is declined we will attempt to collect payment again. If we are still unable to collect payment within seven (7) days from the date payment is first declined, your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to the Site.
Our Site provides access to legal education materials, courses, and resources.
All content provided is for information purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to any content or the entire Site at our discretion.
By signing up to our mailing list and/or when purchasing any subscription or other product on the Site, you agree to receive electronic communications and advertising (which includes marketing communications advertising goods and services) from us. Your agreement to receive electronic communications and advertising from us will be effective until you opt out.
